Deborah O'Dell is Associate Professor of Biology. She received her doctoral degree in 1985 from The State University of New York at Stonybrook for her studies of iron-containing cells in honey bees. Before coming to MWC in 1992, she completed her post-doctoral study of the development of the insect nervous system at Cambridge University. Dr. ODell's current research interests include cellular events in neural development and learning. Deborah teaches Neurobiology (Biol 410), Developmental Biology (Biol 302), Anatomy of Chordates (Biol 301), and Biological Concepts (Biol 121 & 122).
